Heritage Residential Group is a residential consulting and project-management firm serving Long Island. We take on a deliberately small number of projects so every one gets the attention it deserves.

We believe a home project should be thoughtful before it is beautiful — the budget honest, the schedule disciplined, the materials chosen to age well. From a single-room refresh to a full-home transformation, we guide every project as if our name were on the mailbox. Because it is.

Karen Millan

Founder & Managing Creative Director, Heritage Residential Group

Karen brings more than fourteen years of corporate legal and compliance experience to every project — contract negotiation, contract management, and auditing — combined with a licensed real estate background and a lifelong love of interior design.

That blend is the heart of the firm: the discipline to keep a project on budget and on schedule, and the design sensibility to make it worth doing well — the right layout, the honest material, the light where it matters. A Queens native raised in a Colombian household, Karen has called Long Island home for over a decade and knows its market as both a professional and a neighbor.
